Netvibes This is a virtual desktop arranged into tabs included in several modules that may be dragged over the screen. These tabs act as small windows and show content generated by other web services.

Netvibes is available from iOS mobile devices; it is also available as a Windows and Mac desktop version and as a web version.

The free version of the application (Netvibes Basic) provides total customization, automatic control on an unlimited amount of apps and reading articles and social media. Paid versions (Netvibes VIP / Evernote Premium) are also available and include many other functionalities, such as advanced search, analytics or support by the service provider.

Symbaloo Symbaloo is a virtual desktop application that acts as a browser: it makes it possible to arrange web content and to access this content from any device that has an Internet connection. Thanks to an agreement with the Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte (MECD), all Spanish centers in the public education system are granted free access to a Symbaloo PRO account over the 2016-2019 period.

Symbaloo is available for mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) and in Windows and Mac desktop versions. A web version is also available.

Its free version is different from the paid versions in several aspects: for instance, there is no control panel in the free version and only a webmix at a time may be shared (they cannot be shared simultaneously). Paid versions (PRO and PRO+) include other additional functionalities (exclusive URL address, the possibility to add users and to control access, included Lesson Plans…).
